Social Dynamics on the Road

Going on a group adventure can be super awesome or super terrifying, especially when you're surrounded by unfamiliar faces.

Our latest podcast episode, "Navigating Group Adventures: Making Memories and Friendships," does a DEEP dive 🤿 into what it's really like to go on a group trip.

From pre-trip nerves to ending the trip with a group of new friends but why we still embrace the mantra of "hike your own hike," and not comparing yourself to others on our trips.

We talk about setting boundaries and knowing when to say no and prioritizing your well-being on a group trip by opting out of an activity or simply taking time for yourself.

For instance, if scaling a large rock for a photo op doesn't sit well with you, like we did for a photo in Peru, it's perfectly okay to sit it out.

I hope you enjoy today's episode.
